• Teach Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)
• Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) to support the development of the department
• Lead curriculum planning and delivery for Business studies
• Support and mentor students to achieve their best outcomes
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s ethos
• Participate in departmental meetings and school initiatives

• Degree in Business or related field
• PGCE or QTS
• Previous experience teaching Business to KS4 and KS5
• Experience in or potential for a leadership role within a department is highly desirable
