Learner Engagement Advisor

Overview

We're working with a respected, long‑standing training provider in the East Midlands. Known for its learner‑focused ethos and "Good" Ofsted rating, they deliver high‑quality vocational and apprenticeship programmes that change lives and improve communities.

They're now seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to support learner recruitment and onboarding across their full‑time and apprenticeship provision. This role would suit someone with transferable experience in recruitment, customer service or education. Someone confident in interviews, well‑organised, and passionate about helping people take their next step would be an ideal fit for this role.

You’ll be part of a close‑knit team engaging learners, guiding them onto the right path, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

• £22,500 - £27,000 Salary
