OverviewThe REACH Mentoring Scheme supports motivated Black individuals with ambitions in law. Through this scheme, mentees meet experienced mentors, gain valuable knowledge, clarify their career aspirations and develop skills for lifelong success in the legal profession.
Eligibility- Students in year 12 or 13
- University students
- Graduates
- Career changers
Individuals who currently hold an offer of a training contract are not eligible to apply.
Programme DetailsThe programme runs for six months beginning in April 2026. Mentees and mentors will be matched at a launch event at our Birmingham office on 2 April 2026, with all expenses covered.
Subject to engagement during the first half of the programme, mentees may be offered a period of paid in‑person work experience. Please select your preferred office location when applying.
