Your role is to inspire, support and upskill colleagues—turning technical possibilities into practical classroom reality. Key challenges and opportunities include:

We’re looking for an inspirational trainer who can demystify technology and make people genuinely excited about using it. In a sentence: you’re technically proficient, pedagogically sound, and passionate about empowering others. Essential qualities:
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS365 suite and proven experience delivering technology training workshops
- Strong instructional design skills—you know how to create training materials that are accessible, inclusive and actually work
- The ability to explain technical concepts in plain English, adapting your approach to different confidence levels
