Teacher of English (QTS Required)
Full-Time | Start ASAP | Nottingham
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Teacher of English to join our secondary academy in Nottingham on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified English specialist to join a high-performing, forward-thinking academy within a successful and well-established multi-academy trust. About the role:
* Deliver high-quality English teaching across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for the right candidate
* Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire a love of literature and language
* Contribute to a well-sequenced and ambitious English curriculum
* Use assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment
* Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with the academy’s clear and consistent behaviour systems
