SEND PSHE Teacher

Location: Bridgwater

Pay: £168.00 – £261.00 per day

Type: Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Full-time

Start date: ASAP

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching PSHE, ideally within a SEND or alternative provision setting
  • A strong understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health needs of children and young people with SEND
  • A nurturing, flexible, and trauma-informed approach to teaching and learning
  • Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, working confidently with pupils, colleagues, and families
Contract & Recruitment Information
