What You’ll Do

• Deliver Leadership & Management training up to Level 7.
• Lead exciting apprenticeship programmes and leadership pathways.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences—classroom, online, and workplace.
• Support learners every step of the way, from tutorials to End Point Assessments.
• Work with stakeholders to boost engagement, retention, and achievement.

What We’re Looking For

• Teaching qualification (
  DTLLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience with apprenticeship standards and OFSTED frameworks

• Excellent communication, organization, and passion for learner success.
