Supply Cover Supervisors Needed for Secondary Schools in the Brighton and Hove area

At Engage Education, we’ve spent over a decade making sure our teachers and cover supervisors are happy and supported, and offered satisfying and reliable work.

We are looking for more fantastic cover staff to increase the availability we can offer to the local schools in Brighton and the surrounding towns. The schools in this area are welcoming and supportive and easily reached by public transport. Working as a supply cover supervisor is a great opportunity to develop behaviour management skills as well as to gain classroom-based experience before beginning teacher training.

We are looking for cover supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis to cover both planned and unplanned absences, often at short notice. You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a variety of schools. Experience leading a class isn’t a necessity but a confident, ...

• Prior experience working in a secondary school environment
