You will be working in the Learning Centre supporting students and staff in all aspects of the use of the Learning Centres. Provide study skills and information retrieval support, accessibility technology support, and help with the development and delivery of study skills sessions (one‑to‑one or group). Contribute to e‑learning strategies and resources, promote the service with students and staff, and identify and respond to curriculum needs.
Skillsand Experience
Ideal candidates have experience working in a library environment or a learning support role. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire others, possess exceptional organisational skills and digital proficiency, strong administration abilities, and preferably experience using Library Management Systems.
