About this RoleSchool Administrator – 32 hours a week, 37.6 weeks (term time plus 40 annualised hours when needed).
Working hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7am – 1:30pm;
Thursday, 7am – 3:30pm.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to support the smooth running of our school.
Responsibilities include:
- Arranging cover for absent staff and managing cover lessons using the school information system (Arbor).
- Coordinating school events such as parents’ evenings, open events for prospective families, NHS injections, school photos and acting as the primary contact for bus companies and school transport.
