As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classesduring teacher absences, deliveringpre-prepared lessons.
• Keep studentsfocused, engaged, and motivatedthroughout the day.
• Maintain apositive and well‑managed classroomatmosphere.
• Adapt confidently across a range ofsubjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4).
• Be available for bothshort-noticeandpre‑bookedcover assignments.

You’ll be a fantastic fit if you:

• Have previous experience in a school or youth setting (e.g.Cover Supervisor, HLTA, TA, Tutor, or Coach).
• Are confident managing classroomsand supporting secondary‑age learners.
• Areadaptable, reliable,and thrive on variety.
• Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Can easily travel to schools in and around
  
  Wisbech.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
