Scale 4, point 7 - £26,403 pro rata, per annum (£19,913 actual salary per annum)

Hours:
Part time - 32.5 hours
-Monday to Friday, term time only, fixed term until May 2027

Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

  • Assisting in the setting of tasks which challenge students and ensure high levels of interest.
  • Providing clear structures for lesson support maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.
  • Working to establish a supportive relationship with the children and parents concerned.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individual Education / Behaviour Plans and Personal Care Programmes.
  • Monitor students’ work and set targets for progress.
  • Help administer and supervise examinations when required.
