Exam Officer

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Exam Officer to join a well-established school in Nottingham. This vital role ensures the smooth running of all internal and external examinations, working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, and exam boards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating all aspects of internal and external exams
• Managing exam timetables, entries, and seating plans
• Ensuring all exam regulations are followed accurately
• Supporting and training invigilators
• Handling exam materials securely and confidentially
• Liaising with exam boards and school staff

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous experience in exam administration (essential)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
• Experience using Arbor system and MS Office (essential)
• A clear understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
