Protocol Education are working with Secondary schools throughout Wiltshire to appoint Unqualified Teachers to support them in providing stable and consistent learning across KS3 and 4.
If you’ve got experience working with young people, a strong presence, and the confidence to lead a room, this could be your next move.
You’ll deliver pre-set lessons, keep learning on track, and be that steady, reliable adult in the room.
No QTS? No problem. What matters most is confidence, communication, and the ability to build rapport quickly. We can offer FREE TRAINING to ensure you are prepped, ready and confident for when you start.
Location: Across Wiltshire
Working Hours
: 08.30 - 3.30
Employment Type: Both full and part time options available. Work can fit around your schedule.
What you’ll be doing :Delivering planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour with clarity and consistency
Supporting pupils to stay focused and engaged
Working alongside supportive departments and SLT
Has experience working with young people, in schools, coaching, youth work or similar
Can lead a classroom with confidence
Adapts quickly and thinks on their feet
Brings energy, resilience, and a calm approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
