Job Title:

Part-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)

Location:

Bedford (MK42) Rate: 100 - 115 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) Contract Type:
Potential long-term to permanent opportunity

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with diverse needs
• Assist in managing challenging behaviours and supporting with personal care where necessary
• Implement strategies to support communication, including using BSL, Makaton, or Widgit (desirable)
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Confidence in supporting learners with a variety of challenges
• Strong understanding of behaviour management
• Knowledge of communication strategies such as BSL, Makaton, or PCS Symbols (desirable)
