provisions for children following permanent exclusion and conduct investigations into irregular school attendance offenses.

As a Senior Inclusion Officer, you will be responsible for managing a team within the inclusion service. Your goal will be to ensure that every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential by gaining access to high-quality education. This involves leading complex cases to secure the best possible outcomes and engaging in early intervention strategies to forestall future challenges for vulnerable learners.

Additionally, the role requires supporting and challenging schools to ensure they meet their educational duties effectively.

Candidates for this position should have significant experience in advising schools and associated professionals. Previous experience working in or closely with educational institutions is essential. An understanding of children's rights, including those who are excluded from school, educated at home, have behavioral difficulties, or have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), is crucial.
