• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage administrative processes, HR, and compliance
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Work closely with senior leadership to support school development

• Significant experience in school or business administration, finance, or operations
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
