Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Commit to 3 - 4 days
• Shift pattern would be 8am - 5:15pm
• Experience working with young children
• Strong understanding of child development
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player with warmth, patience and empathy
• A genuine passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring, developmentally appropriate experiences
• Create a safe, nurturing and curiosity‑led environment
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Observe, assess and celebrate children’s progress
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents
