Simply Education is working with a supportive primary school in the area that is looking for a Nursery Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years / EYFS specialist to lead a Nursery class, creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports children's early development, communication skills, and school readiness.

The Role

Lead a Nursery/EYFS class and guide children's learning and development

Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on activities through play

Support early reading, phonics, language, and social skills

Observe, assess, and track children's progress

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Work closely with support staff and parents

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years teaching experience

Experience working in Nursery or Early Years settings (preferred but not essential)

Good understanding of early child development

Positive behaviour management and strong organisational skills

Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
