Restorative Practice: Utilise sophisticated, relational, and restorative behavioural strategies to re-engage students who have disconnected from mainstream education.
Multidisciplinary
Collaboration:
Partner with internal specialists, external agencies, and families to design robust reintegration and next-step pathways for learners.Safe Practice: Maintain an environment built on exemplary safeguarding standards.
We welcome applicants from mainstream schools, SEN environments, or FE colleges.
The right mindset and adaptability are our top priorities.

Subject Capability: Strong ability to deliver a specialist subject (Maths preferred) alongside wider curriculum areas.
Approach: A reflective practitioner who favours solutions over complaints and thrives on creative problem-solving.
Logistics: A valid driving license is required for this role.
Workload Reset: Trade exhaustive administrative demands for a role that respects your time and prioritise your professional wellbeing.
True Professional Autonomy: Design and adapt your lessons dynamically without rigid institutional constraints.
