Pastoral Manager – George Spencer Academy

We wish to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our Pastoral Team. You will need to be a role model, an active listener, observer, professional and critical friend to our students, creating the right climate and providing the necessary support for all pupils to maximise their achievements.

The appointment is subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced criminal records with Barred List Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the completion of Level 2 Safeguarding training.
