Pastoral Manager – George Spencer Academy

We wish to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our Pastoral Team. You will need to be a role model, an active listener, observer, professional and critical friend to our students, creating the right climate and providing the necessary support for all pupils to maximise their achievements.
