• Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's development.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• A strong commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
