GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED is hiring University students as Teaching Assistants across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch. Flexible working hours (minimum 2–3 days per week) support students gaining experience in education with a chance of permanent roles as support staff or trainee teachers. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom support and working with children facing learning and behavioral difficulties. Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK and complete relevant background checks.
