Teaching Associate; Maternity Cover

Role

Teaching Associate – support teaching across the Computer Science curriculum at the University of Nottingham. Fixed‑term maternity cover until 1 February 2027.

• Deliver high‑standard teaching under guidance of experienced module convenors.
• Develop and facilitate student learning using a variety of methods.
• Contribute to the content and structure of existing and new modules.
• Expand teaching expertise within the Computer Science Education group.
• Engage in research into effective learning and teaching methods, individually and collaboratively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance teaching and learning.

Salary: £35,608 to £47,389 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Hours:

Full‑time (36.25 hrs) or part‑time (minimum 14.5 hrs). Flexible working and job‑share arrangements may be discussed.
