An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate educator to join a high-achieving, student-centred secondary school in Camberley as Head of Film and Media Studies . About the Role This is a key leadership position within the school, offering the opportunity to oversee a vibrant, well-established department with a strong record of academic success and student engagement.

You'll be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Film and Media across KS4 and KS5, driving continued innovation, achievement, and curriculum development. About the Department Offers GCSE and A Level Media Studies and Film Studies, plus BTEC Creative Media Production at Post-16 Strong student uptake and excellent outcomes, with Media A Level achieving 100% AC and GCSE Media achieving 86% at Grades 9-4 Dynamic and supportive team of experienced subject specialists Access to modern software and equipment to support creative learning What We're Looking For A qualified teacher with experience delivering Media and/or Film at KS4 and KS5 A leader with a clear vision, who can inspire and develop both students and staff A collaborator who values innovation, creativity, and inclusion Applications are welcome from experienced teachers or those returning to teaching after a career break Why Join Us?
