Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Clifton, Nottingham

Pay: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience).

Aspire People are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Clifton, Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs to achieve their full potential.

• Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support to children with special educational needs.
• Assisting with personalised learning programmes to help pupils engage and progress.
• Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to ensure pupils' needs are met.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.

• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH).
• A patient, adaptable, and caring nature.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• A relevant qualification such as Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or significant classroom/SEN experience.
