Primary Tutor – Nottingham (NG1)

Location: Nottingham (NG1)

Pay: £25–£30 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday during school hours

Contract: Part‑Time

TP Tutors is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Tutor to support pupils in the Nottingham (NG1) area. This role involves delivering personalised one-to-one tuition to help students build confidence, overcome barriers to learning, and achieve their educational goals.

• Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions in primary subjects.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and general curriculum learning.
• Track progress and provide regular feedback following sessions.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Experience teaching or tutoring primary-aged pupils.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with learners.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• All candidates must undertake a valid enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
