Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a Safeguarding Pastoral Manager who upholds our strong values and outstanding standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing. You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people, with a determination and drive to support through collaborative working, stakeholder involvement and intervention work.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our DSL team and pastoral teams to support students with attendance, behaviour and academic achievement, allowing them to shine brightly, feel safe, and achieve their ambitions.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative working.
- Knowledge of CPOMS and safeguarding procedures.
- Dynamic and forward‑thinking, focused on early intervention, wellbeing and continuous professional development.
