Job Overview

We are looking to appoint a Safeguarding Pastoral Manager who upholds our strong values and outstanding standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing. You will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people, with a determination and drive to support through collaborative working, stakeholder involvement and intervention work.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with our DSL team and pastoral teams to support students with attendance, behaviour and academic achievement, allowing them to shine brightly, feel safe, and achieve their ambitions.

Ideal Candidate

Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative working.
Knowledge of CPOMS and safeguarding procedures.
Dynamic and forward‑thinking, focused on early intervention, wellbeing and continuous professional development.
