• Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning and engagement
• Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external agencies
• Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to suit individual needs

• QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification - must have completed ECT years
• Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils
• Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching
• A calm, patient, and resilient nature
• Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every child's success
