We are looking to recruit ECT Teachers for long-term roles starting in September. The successful ECT Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and developing their classroom practice with the support of experienced colleagues and school leadership teams.

• QTS or be due to achieve QTS by July
• Experience gained through teaching placements within secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• A commitment to supporting student achievement and wellbeing
