Connex Education Partnership seeks a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant / Behaviour Mentor for a specialist school in Willenhall, supporting students aged 7–16 with SEMH needs. You will help with behaviour management and emotional regulation, building positive relationships and a safe learning environment.
This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience, with ongoing training opportunities. Start date September 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate).
