SEN Teaching Assistants Required
- Nottingham & Surrounding Areas. Mana Education are urgently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for opportunities across specialist schools and SEND provisions in Nottingham and the surrounding areas. We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated individuals to support children and young people with a wide range of additional needs across both primary and secondary age groups. - You may work 1:1 with pupils, in small intervention groups, or supporting classroom learning
- Assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence
- Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
- Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential for all positions
