Overview
The postholder will provide in-class support for students with a range of needs, including cognitive, social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as physical needs. They will work closely with parents, teaching staff, specialists and the study support team to ensure the student's needs are met. This is a temporary maternity cover, working 3 days a week for one year.
Responsibilities- Provide in-class support to students to access the curriculum and participate in lessons.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, parents and the study support team to plan and implement appropriate supports.
- Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as needed in line with school policies.
