Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a dedicated Room Manager to lead a single room or unit within our Nottingham-based nurseries. You will coach Apprentice and Qualified Early Years Educators, manage daily operations, and balance the needs of children, parents, staff and the wider business to deliver our curriculum to a high standard.
You will oversee planning cycles, maintain the Nursery App with profiles and records, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces while upholding safety and policy compliance.
