George Spencer Academy is seeking a Learning Progress Assistant to join the Inclusion Faculty and support students with SEND through targeted interventions and in-class support.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with teachers to maximise achievement, support behaviour in the classroom, and contribute to the welfare and development of pupils while upholding safeguarding standards.
