Teacher Active is proud to be working with a Further Education College in Nottingham to appoint a GCSE Maths Tutor. The college is renowned as a fantastic place to work and has produced some of the country s leading music and music production talent.

The successful GCSE Maths Tutor will work on a full‑time, long‑term basis, supporting learners aged 16 to 19. The role will involve planning and delivering engaging GCSE Maths lessons, marking students work and preparing learners for their GCSE examinations.

• A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering GCSE Maths to learners aged 16 to 19
• Strong lesson planning and marking skills
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
