Stanton Primary School is seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant (TA) to support learning across our school. Working closely with teachers, you will help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially, while building positive relationships that support confidence, independence and wellbeing. You will assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities and the day-to-day support that helps create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to succeed.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND, helping to ensure all pupils can access learning and make meaningful progress. Working with individuals and small groups, you will promote engagement, develop resilience and independence, and provide targeted support where needed. Your contribution will help create an inclusive classroom where every child can thrive and take pride in their achievements.
