Spencer Academies Trust is seeking a Learning and Progress Assistant to support students with SEND in the Learning and Inclusion centre. The role involves individual interventions and whole-class support to aid academic and social development.
The postholder will join a multi-disciplinary team, assist in classroom management, welfare, and contribute to the school’s ethos. Experience with key working and interventions is beneficial.
