East Sussex Skills Academy (Secondary) seeks a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in years 9–11 within an Alternative Provision setting.
The role requires a positive, calm and caring approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding. Induction training and ongoing CPD are provided to all staff.
Hours are 35 per week, term-time only, salary pro rata. Start date is 2 September 2026; enhanced DBS checks are required.
