This opportunity is available as an internal or external secondment. Both arrangements will run until 31 August 2027.

We are looking for an outstanding Inclusion leader who shares this ambition and is passionate about ensuring every child, regardless of need or circumstance, receives the support, provision, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Do you have the expertise, credibility, and influence to develop inclusive practice across multiple schools?

Can you inspire and support SENDCos, Inclusion Leaders, Attendance Champions, Behaviour Leads, and senior leaders to deliver exceptional outcomes for children?

Flying High Partnership is seeking an exceptional Inclusion Lead Practitioner to join our Education Team on a one-year secondment. This is a unique opportunity to shape inclusion practice across our partnership while continuing to maintain an in-school inclusion leadership role for part of the week.

This role would particularly suit:

  • Experienced SENDCos and Inclusion Leaders looking to extend their impact beyond a single school
  • Current and aspiring system leaders with a strong track record of improving outcomes for children with SEND and additional needs
  • Leaders passionate about developing others and strengthening inclusion practice across a wider partnership
  • Professionals who thrive on collaboration, coaching, and driving sustainable improvement

If you are committed to ensuring every child belongs, participates, and succeeds, this could be a career-defining opportunity.
