Senovo is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary school in Hornsey, Haringey to support pupils with behaviour, attendance, confidence and engagement. This permanent role starts in September 2026 and requires building relationships quickly while maintaining boundaries.
You will mentor, provide emotional support and help pupils stay on track during the school day, working with teachers and safeguarding staff to prevent issues from escalating.
