Prospero Teaching is recruiting Behaviour Support Worker / SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary Pupil Referral Unit in Manchester to join their supportive team from September. You will support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, help them engage in learning and regulate emotions, and assist in managing challenging or high‑risk behaviours.
The role requires a calm, patient and resilient approach, with strong boundaries and safeguarding commitment; eligibility includes Right to Work in the UK
