Academics is seeking a passionate graduate to join a specialist mental health school in Swindon as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, starting September 2026. This is a hands-on role for graduates looking to gain experience in mental health, psychology, speech and language, or behaviour support.
You will support children aged 5 to 16 facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, acting as a positive role model and helping develop social skills and emotional regulation.
