At Milk Education, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning & Behaviour Mentors to support pupils and schools across Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, youth workers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential
Your Role Will Include:- Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
- Encouraging communication, confidence, and social development
- Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting pupils both in and outside of the classroom
- Hands‑on experience supporting children with additional needs
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- A strong pathway into teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or social work
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact every single day
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience supporting children or vulnerable young people (preferred but not essential)
- Graduates and aspiring education professionals encouraged to apply!
