Supply Desk is recruiting a Job Coach for a Supported Internship programme at a Southampton Sixth Form College, starting in September on a full-time, long-term basis with potential permanent employment for the right candidate.
You will work directly with young people in workplace settings, provide tailored coaching, coordinate with employers, families and education teams, and monitor progress to help learners progress into paid employment wherever possible.
