Teacher Active is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a specialist Alternative Provision in Nottingham. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, delivering targeted interventions to support SEMH needs and promote positive behaviour inside and outside the classroom.
The role suits someone with SEMH experience, trauma-informed approaches, and a patient, proactive communication style. You will join a supportive team and help students build resilience and achieve personal learning goals.
