Impact Futures Group is seeking a Professional Learning Mentor to support Youth Work Apprentices through their JNC qualification journey. You will supervise, assess progress, and ensure learners meet industry standards while maintaining strong links with employers.
With a passion for youth work, you will lead targeted interventions, promote professional formation, and provide regular updates to line managers, safeguarding learners’ progress and outcomes across the programme.
