Position: Teaching Assistant - Grade 4 (KS2)

Aboutthe Role

The successful candidate will work predominantly in KS2, working alongside teachers to support high-quality learning within the classroom. They will adapt supportto meet children’s individual needs and deliver targeted learning activities for individuals and small groups, including children with SEND or additional needs.

Thisis a practical and rewarding role in which relationships matter. The successful candidate will help children engage positively with learning, develop their confidence and become more independent.

Therole may occasionally include leading planned learning activities for groups orclasses. Any whole-class cover will be clearly defined and based on learningplanned by a teacher.
