Are you an experienced administrative assistant ready to play a key role at the heart of a thriving school?
Greenwood Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced administrative assistant to join our existing team.

About the RoleYou will be the first point of contact for families, visitors and staff, so a friendly, calm and professional manner is essential. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with discretion and work efficiently within established systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality administrative support across the school, following established systems and processes
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including pupil, staffing and financial information
- Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies
- Undertake financial procedures such as processing orders
- Produce reports and manage data accurately using a range of IT systems including Arbor
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
- Support the wider office team and contribute to the efficient running of the school
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy and relevant administrative experience
- Is highly organised, efficient and able to manage a varied workload
- Has strong IT skills and confidence working with data and management systems
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of people
- Is flexible, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
