Salary :
Scale 3 (£26,427 to £26,847 pro rata, £22,691 to £23,052 actual per year)
Contract :
Permanent, full time (part time & job share considered), term-time only

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Learning Support Assistant on a permanent basis that can support our specialist approach to learning. This vacancy is for a full time post, however part time can be considered.
Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
- Provide teaching support to allocated pupils by planning teaching with the class teacher to achieve progression of learning
- Assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials used therein
- Managing student behaviour to ensure a constructive working environment
- Support learners in class across the academy, in 1:1 sessions and in small groups to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Under the direction of the teacher devise planning to meet the needs of assigned individuals or groups.
